你相信嗎？克羅埃西亞（Croatia）西北部一處的小鎮，為了吸引居民遷居，打出了「青年1元購屋計畫」的噱頭，
只需花費1庫納（貨幣單位，約新台幣4.4元）就能買到一間房，吸引許多青年瘋搶。
根據《WION》報導，克羅埃西亞北部有一處名為「萊格勒（Legrad）」的偏遠小鎮，曾經是該國人口第二多的繁華
聚落，但自從第一次世界大戰後，奧匈帝國（Austria-Hungary）解體，因地處邊陲，人口流失嚴重，如今居民只
剩2250人，僅僅是70年前的一半。
報導指出，萊格勒鎮長撒佈勒（Ivan Sabolic）推出了「青年1元購屋計畫」的噱頭，希望能吸引居民移居，一共
出售該鎮的19間房屋，只要花費1庫納（約新台幣4.4元）就可入手，但這些房子屋況並不是很好，有些年久失修，
還有部分甚至便成了廢墟。
報導提到，鎮長續指，「青年1元購屋計畫」也會提供買家2.5萬庫納（約新台幣11.1萬）的整修費；若是外地買家
購入該鎮上的二手房屋，也能獲得購屋價的2成經費當作補貼，但購屋者的年齡必須在40歲以下、有經濟能力，同時
得在當地住上15年，消息曝光至今，已成功賣掉17間房屋。
